Parent Teacher
Association(PTA) : ECMS has a very active Parent Teacher
Association, which is most willing to assist the administration
and the Faculty to promote the educational advancement & welfare
of the students. The PTA coordinates a variety of service connected
activities. There is also a representative from the Faculty on PTA.
Overnight \ Field Trips\ Outside the Metropolitan Area
:Field Trips are an essential part of the College study plans. Field
Trips relevant to the Grade level curriculum with stated objective
and goals form the integral part of the study plan.
Student Council: A team of 12 members student council
will be elected from the students for the smooth function of co/extra
curricular activities, outdoor activities, publication of bulletin
and magazines.
Remedial Classes: Student who are lagging in coping
basic syllabus will be provided with remedial classes from the college
so that they pass the Board Examination with modest result.
Student Behaviour: A high standard of behaviour
is expected of all students at EMC. We value our strong sense of
community and place a great importance on the bonds of trust, honesty
and mutual respect, which binds us together. We feel that one of
the primary goals of the College is to foster and enhance these
values among all members of the community & society.
Academic and Guidance Counselor :The counselor’s
prime responsibility in conjunction with administration is to oversee
and ensure that the college is sensitive to academic and non-academic
needs of the students. Meet with parents\guardians for orientation
& informational sessions as deemed necessary and advise students
regarding their College\ University choices.
Mentoring: Mentorship Program makes sure that each
students are growing to maximize their learning potentials. Students
will have an Academic Counselor assigned. This friend, philosopher
& guide will mentor them constantly throughout their education.
Academic Resources & Library: ECMS offers high-
tech computer lab to its students. Students also have access to
an extensive library, a wealth of on-line database and a substantive
on-line library along with under mentioned resources.

Assessments & Evaluation: The student's Academic
performance is assessed by conducting Six (6) different Assessment
Tests at various intervals throughout the Academic tenure. Normally
Three (3) Academic Excellence Tests (AETs) and Three (3) Terminal
Examinations are conducted by the colleges and then they sit for
the Board Examination. It provides remediation and support as appropriate
and establishes clear expectations for students learning & behaviour
by keeping students on task.
Hostel: The college has a spacious hostel both
for boys and girls in the college premises.
Transportation: ECMS provides transportation service
in different of part of capital. Students who need this service
need to confirm this at the time of admission.
Cafeterias: Offers variety and cost-effective healthy
food.
